High Conviction Rate:

• Maintains nearly perfect conviction rates in murder-related cases, ensuring accountability.

Wrongful Conviction Reversal:

• Successfully freed a wrongfully convicted individual after 4 years of incarceration.

Judicial Integrity:

• Prevented unauthorized access to discovery materials by a Common Pleas court judge.

Ethical Prosecution:

• Dismisses charges when unable to verify the victim’s truthfulness, ensuring ethical prosecution.

Victim Support:

• Expanded Domestic Violence prosecution team and advocate support, enhancing victim assistance.

Efficiency and Innovation:

• Increased direct indictments and initiated and currently advocating for the return of DNA testing to the Canton Crime Lab.
